READ: Luke 3:21-22 REFLECT: Reflect on what the words “you are my beloved” mean to you. What areas is God most pleased with in your life? Bishop Lambert writes… “you no longer belong to yourselves; instead, you belong entirely to Jesus Christ because you have dedicated yourselves completely to Him. Thus, from now on, devote yourselves to know and love Him by contemplating, imitating his sufferings, and…be faithful to your mission…You may be certain that, by doing this, you and the whole Church will receive many graces.” -Letter to Sisters Agnes and Paula, 1670 RESOLUTION: This week, dedicate more time to contemplate Jesus Christ Crucified. As you contemplate on Jesus' sufferings and His love for you, allow yourself to be stirred into mission and action by the Holy Spirit as you bless those around you.

Khi bạn chiêm ngưỡng những đau khổ của Chúa Giêsu và tình yêu của Ngài dành cho bạn, hãy để bản thân được Chúa Thánh Thần khơi dậy sứ mạng và hành động khi bạn chúc lành cho những người xung quanh.

Like Saint Joseph, strive to let go of your own plans and embrace God’s invitations.

Bài Viết Của Đức Cha Lambert: “Chúng ta sẽ sẽ làm hết sức mình để thù ghét mọi sự cao sang, phú quý và những lạc thú của thế gian, nếu chúng ta bị bó buộc phải chấp nhận chúng do lệnh của Đấng Quan Phòng. Chúng không ngừng làm chúng ta đau khổ, vì chúng chẳng giống bao nhiêu so với cuộc đời Chúa chúng ta đã sống. Chúng ta sẽ đặt trọn niềm hy vọng vào Thiên Chúa, vì tin rằng với sự trợ giúp của Ngài, chúng ta sẽ có thể làm được mọi chuyện và xác tín về chân lý sau đây: dù chúng ta có bao nhiêu tài năng và phương tiện nhân loại, nếu không có ơn Chúa thì chúng vẫn vô ích và rất nguy hại cho phần rỗi của chúng ta và của tha nhân.”-Tập Chú Nội Tâm, Ayutthaya 1665 Điều Quyết Tâm: Tuần này hãy lắng nghe tiếng Chúa qua con người và hoàn cảnh xung quanh bạn. Giống như Thánh Giuse, hãy cố gắng từ bỏ những kế hoạch của riêng mình và đón nhận những lời mời gọi của Chúa.

When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.
